Premium not working

Solved!

Premium not working

My premium is not working. My spotify is letting me see all my playlist but whenever I pick a song it tells me to go to radio mode. The only way to play it is to download the songs to my device/iPhone.

Hi, if you can download the tracks through the app then your premium is active - is it working on the desktop?

If so, then you should reinstall the iOS app 🙂

Hi,

It can take time for a premium activation to occur on all devices.

Have you tried a clean reinstall?

Go to Account Settings>Manage Subscriptions, it should say if you are premium there.

Does Spotify desktop say 'Spotify premium' at the top?
