I have upgraded to spotify premium recently through my laptop and paid via PayPal and a receipt email came through, however despite it working on my laptop and saying I have premium on my iPhone the trial has ran out and now it only says I am on the free version on my phone and it has been like this for a few days.. Can someone please help?!?

Also I have now logged into my laptop and now spotify on that is not premium as well? Therefore I have paid for the service and on every device it is not giving me the extras of premium and keep asking me if I want to upgrade! I have an emailed reciept!!!

Hey!

You might want to try logging in using the same details as you would use to log into Facebook - This should get you right back to your Spotify Premium.

That did work thank you, except my playlist is now around 100 songs less than what it was last night and they are not available offline and it takes quite a while for them all to sync which is very annoying.
