I got the free 30 day trial of spotify premium and cancelled my subscription on the 30th day.  I got charged for the 30 "free" days.  Also Spotify told me that my premium subscription wouldn't be cancelled until December 29, 2013 (a month after I cancelled it).  Will I be charged for that extra month? Is there any way I can get my money back since the first month was supossed to be free?

I think it's best to contact Spotify support using this contact form https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/. If you get an automated reply just reply back to speed things along.

Just to clarify, the payment taken is for the month to 29 December so now you cancelled, there will be no further charges and you can continue to use Premium until the cancellation kicks in. If you haven't used premium since your free trial ended, the payment team may be able to make a refund, as @Christoffer suggested.
