Why is the only option to get a 30 day trial? That is all it is offering me and I want to buy premium .. Simple as that.and now on my phone it says I'm on. 7 day trial? I hate all these trials!! All I want is premium. I talked to someone via email and he was not helpful at all . Please look me up

I guess I could ... I just wish I could put my credit card number in and get premium like why does it have to be more complicated than that? And spotify not having a phone line just makes this all the more difficult. This entire premium problem board would be solved if they just had more clear instructions and you could simply buy premium with one click. But noooo let's comfuse people with thrse weird trials that are annoying and unnecessary .

Well too bad it doesn't work and just goes back and forth from saying I have a free and premium. And my phone is just the free. It's inconvenient putting in your credit card jnformation and expecting a service and not getting it at all. And it always says "upgrade" .. I already did like 4 times .. So dumb.
