Premium subscription

Everytime i tried to upgrade to premium service i always get an error message ooops something went wrong. I was trying to upgrade via my mobile prepaid credits. Pls help if you were able to encounter something like this. Thanks

I think the best bet would be to start by clearing your browser cache and restarting it to see if that helps! You can do that by following these instructions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Windows.
