Premium to Family

This sounds like the worst question in the world but I cannot determine how to upgrade to a family plan. I am a current premium user who wants to add a non-premium user but I have looked all over the "my account" page and there is nothing referencing the ability to upgrade to a family plan. There is an upgrade tab---but that just provides ability to "upgrade" to premium. Any help woudl be apprecited!

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

You need to go to http://spotify.com/family in order to upgrade your account to family.

Once you upgrade to family, you'll be able to send an invitation to your family plan to another user (the invited user must be in free).

Thansk for the info.  Worked perfectly...took my credit card and upgraded me to family....then it showed a link to click to invite someone...clicked on link and nothing happened.

Do you have a link to site where I can invite family members?

Really appreciate your help!

You can do the following:

• Clean browser's cache
• Try incognito mode
• Try with another browser
