Premium to Student?

I currently have the $9.99/month premium subscription, but I'm trying to change that to the $4.99 student discount. I logged out of my account, went to the student discount page & clicked "get premium," then logged in. Then it went straight to my account page, and only gives me the option to purchace the $9.99/month subscription. How do I get to the page that will allow me to enter my student info & get the discount?

I know that the help page mentioned logging in using Facebook, but I don't want to do that.

I think you have to cancel your current subscription before you sign up for the student discount subscription.

(don't worry, if you cancel your subscription you still get to keep the remaining time period)

Thanks. However, my current subscription is cancelled (I didn't want to keep automatically paying $10 when I could get it for half that price).
