Premium to free

I have had premium for a long time. Suddenly it has changed to Free. How come? Didnt the payment get through? Will the Spotify payment try to connect with my bankaccount again, or do I need to change back to premium manually?

Are there any risks the payment will come in double?

What is your subscription status in your online overview? (Make sure you log in with the correct details)

If it says your account is currently on Spotify free, then just go ahead and subscribe again 😉 

If you have any issues, just get in touch with the payments team using the online contact form.

i have the same problem ,

i paid for premium and one day it comes back to free,!!! i lost all my music liste (more than 4000 songs) ,, and the worst  is that i m notified in my bank that i always pay 4.99 e per month !!!im very disgusted

i looked your answer and you say that i just had to ahead and subscribe again 🙂     sorry ????  i don't want to take the risk to pay in double  ,,, i find that your answer is too simple

and obvious  i would like that spotify get back me the money all the months i paid for nothing !

It sounds like you might have a duplicate account if your playlists have dissappeared, have a read at this topic.
