I have searched the community and can't find a solution to this. Though plenty of people have posted that they've been able to resolve similar problems w/ the help of spotify, exactly how they did it isn't clear.
My premium subscription lapsed. I just plugged in new billing info yesterday and re-started my premium account. Now I can't get premium on my iphone or ipad. Just radio. I have tried logging out and in multiple times -- on all devices, with my login details and via facebook. The problem still persists.

Sometimes it can take a little while for your subscription to be recognised again.
Try a quick clean reinstallation of the applications and that should hopefully get you up and running again.
