I checked my bank account and Spotify is charging me every month, but I don't use Spotify anymore cause I don't remember what email I used or the username. How can I get them to stop charging me ???

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
