Det har dragits pengar från mitt bankkonto 3 juni, men ingen premiumfunktion finns att se på varken mitt eller sonens spotifykonto nu den 14 juni. Betalningsinfo SpotifyP028E3Ee98 vilklet konto har fått premium för 9 kr? När vi provade köpa denna tjänst så fick vi meddelande att detta erjudande inte var giltigt eftersom vi haft premium tidigare. Ändå drogs det pengar. Tacksam för hjälp, jag antar att det senare kommer att dras 99kr/mån och jag vill veta var jag ska avsluta premium för att undvika detta.

If you were deducted the money and the account is still on free, a couple of things could have happened.

 

Some times the money is deducted but the payment doesn't go through, so it shows as pending on your statement. This means that the funds will go back to your account soon.

Another option is that there's a second account that has the Premium subscription and you're just logging in with different details.

 

To confirm what's going on, check your bank statement online. If the payment still shows as pending after 3 business days, most likely the funds will go back to your account.

You can also make sure you're logging in the correct account by loging in here and checking the profile information.
