Prenium subscription failed after two days.

Prenium subscription failed after two days.

OK this is a first.

We've updated our account à few Days ago in order to use it again with our sonos System.

However after two days the account failed again and on our status page it says were using free.

In our payment history it says that we havent updraded since 2011...

Is there an error here???

Please help we would like to use spotify again 😃

Did you receive a confirmation of your payment and are you sure you are logged in to the correct account as it's pretty easy to log in with a username instead of your facebook login or the other way around.

 

If logging out and back in doesn't work and your payment was definitely debited to your bank or card, then I suggest you use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

Im sure inused the right username.

I used a gift card from the store.

However the code isnt working anymore. It says it allready used the code..

If you could get in touch as Joe mentioned above the support guys will be able to check this out for you.
