Previously starred songs have disappeared...

Hi,

 I have read through countless posts and know it has happened to a fair few, but all my starred songs on my phone have disappeared! I have no idea what songs what were on there now, but is anyone able to see what they were and send me a list/playlist? I also now have the problem that when I try to 're-star' a song, it now downloads itself twice to my phone. It's all gone festive crazy!

Hey there,

I've just taken a look at your account and it seems to have been created fairly recently, and you've only got a few tracks in your Starred list. Did you have rather a lot previously? It's possible that you had a second account you may have been using.

Hi David,

 I have had this account for 2/3 months or so (did have one previous to that which I changed when I was given 3 months free by Virgin) but I had around 60 tracks starred on my phone. I came to use it yesterday morning and they were gone. Since then, when ever I have tried to add a new track, it duplicates itself. I have uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and nothing seems to be working. If it's not possible to see my previous list, i'll try and just add songs to a new playlist, see if that works. Just a shame as I cant remember the majority of saved songs, my memory has never served me well!

Hmm, sounds like it could be a second account to me. We may need to do a bit of detective work here.

Could you send in an email at all? We may need to search for a number of other email addresses and it's probably best to do that outside of a public form.
