Problem logging in

I can't log into my account anymore. I also can't change my password, if i try to spotify tells me that i don't have an account. But my friends can still see my account. I got an Email that says that my account had been blocked. My dad, who pays for spotify family, has no problems logging in at all. Please help me, I don't know what to do.
