Problem to access my account. password no longer recognised and email neither !

Problem to access my account. password no longer recognised and email neither !

 

Seems to me a strange situation. My free period was over and I started the premium service last August.

 

Since then, I have lost the connection to my account. My user id has no longer the same password. The problem is that when I try to recover by using my email address, it isalso not recognised !

 

I have had to open a second account (this one) to be able to entre and post this message.

 

ANy idea on how to sort out this problem. My account continues paying the monthly 9 euros !

 

Any customer service email address or telephone (in France) ?

 

 

Waiting for your help before I block the payments.

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
