Problem with Premium

Problem with Premium

I just received an email about a problem with my Spotify premium payment, which is set up through PayPal. There should be no problem with charging that account as it has both a credit card and bank account linked to it. When I try to change the payment to my credit card I recieve another error message. I've tried two different credit cards and two different computers. Please help!
