I clicked the banner to go to the premium version. I entered your card number, etc., and I gave away, unfortunately we later found out that my account had disappeared 19,99 Polish Złoty. At the beginning I wanted to test the free version of Spotify, I did not want her to pay immediately.

Hi, it sounds like you have been charged when activating a free trial - you should use the Support Form to contact customer services about this 🙂
