Problem with payment

Problem with payment

I had spotify PREMIUM for months and no problems. Sudenly, it says there is a problem and cannot process my payment. Try to update my debit card info, and it keeps saying there is a problem. WHICH ONE!!!?   😞

The first option is to try to do it on another browser(For example, if you're currently using IE, you can check if it would work on Google Chrome or Firefox)

 

Also, you can try clearing up the cache which is the temporary internet files saved on you computer. Note that this will log you out of any websites you've signed into. 

 

If still doesn't work, the best way is to try accessing your account page using incognito browsing.

 

Sometimes the data stored in your browser can cause issues, but we can work around this by using a private/incognito window where no data is stored. Here’s how:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Open a private session.
    Most browsers will open a private session if you press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac). If that doesn’t work, you should find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu bar.
  3. Open the web page in this private window.

My debit card workd properly everywhere, and it did here till last month. What can it be the problem?
