Problem with paypal payment method for premium

Hi.

I am trying to subscribe for the Premium account with paypal as payment option, but it does not seem to work. Each time I press "continue" button, i am taken back to the offer selection page. 

Country on my paypal account matches the one registered on spotify. Moreover, i used the same paypal account earlier to pay for another premium account linked to my facebook.

After creating new account without facebook link, i cannot activate premium fuatures with paypal any longer. 

Any help is appreciated.
