Problem with smartphone

Hello Spotify community when I logged in with my computer i has the username dark_hou3r but when I log in on my smartphone with the same email and password I don't have my playlists an other things of my account

That's strange! Let's work together to get this solved.

Are you a Premium or Free customer? 

If you are Premium, then on your computer do you see "Spotify Premium" written at the top? If yes, on your phone go to Settings, Account and does it say Premium next to subscription?

The reason I have asked that is we can check if it it 100% the correct account.

If you are a Free customer please can you provide me a screenshot of both your computer and phone and what they are showing?
