Problemas com a conta Premium

Bom dia!
Estou com problemas para acessar a conta Premium, eu cadastrei o número do cartão de crédito, chegou mensagem no meu celular que o cadastro foi efetuado com sucesso, porém eu não consigo usar a conta Premium. Chegou 3 mensagens no celular dizendo cadastro feito com sucesso e eu não consigo usar. Gostaria de saber se eu vou ter que pagar por um serviço que não estou utilizando, e se vou conseguir acessar a conta Premium.

Good Morning!
I'm having trouble accessing the premium account, I signed up the number of credit card, arrived message on my phone that the registration was done successfully, but I can not use the Premium account. We arrived 3 messages on cell phones saying done successfully register and I can not use. I wonder if I'll have to pay for a service that I am not using, and if I can access the Premium account.
