Problems playing, offline and online

I'm so tired of the problems with Spotify now that I'm about to quit. Also, Spotify discontinuing email support will probably be the last straw. I've just installed it on a new Win7 computer, and synced my playlists. The playlists are listed as "downloaded", but when I try to play anything, it either plays for about 10 seconds and then stops, or I get the idiotic message "Can't play the current song." THIS IS A DOWNLOADED PLAYLIST, g**d***it! ANd it makes no difference whether I set Spotify to "offline mode" or not!

I'm not sure where you've heard that Spotify discontinued providing support via Email but you can still contact the team through one of the channels below:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
