Problems with Subscription

Hi, I'm Antongiulio and I have a problem with using my subscription to Spotify. I received 1 free year of Premium in last February from Vodafone, and until yesterday the account worked. From today my account says that my subscription is a Free one, and not a Premium one anymore. I can't understand why. Could you help me please?

Please reach out to Vodafone about this, as they're the one's managing your subscription.
