Problems with cancel Spotify Premium

Hi,

 

some days ago I bought the Spotify Option of the German Telekom. To use this I have to cancel my current Spotify Premium subscription. But there is a problem with that. 

 

Down there I linked a screenvideo (I don't really know how to call a Screenshot Video ^^) with the problem. Unfortunaly it's in German. I hope some guys of you can help me. The support seems not really interessted in my problem and sends me a standart instruction every time (doesn't work at all :().

 

I have to mention that since my subscription last year I always paid throught sofortdauerauftrag. I never missed a rate. But it seems that this service isn't exsisting anymore.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the subscription part of Spotify. Unfortunately, I don't see a link to a video...

Have you been responding to the e-mails that support send you? Usually, you'll get an automated response from the support team when you will out the contact form. If you respond back to the automated response, you'll be patched through with an agent and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to work things out with you.

I forgot to post the link first. Now I've corrected it.

 

Sure I responded to the answers of the support team even with this video, but I got no suitable answer until know.

 

Maybe I am much to impatient but sice 3 days I got no solution for the problem. I'm sure it is less the fault of the support but mine. But I hope to get a solution here that is understandable for me.

onlydp - Welcome to the Community! You're right, if you're paying through Sofort, you will need to contact them to sort any payment issue. So, to cancel, you'll need to cancel Sofort.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Sry but somebody marked this as a solution. But it isn't. I wrote a message to Sofort with the attitude to cancel my payment subscrition. Today they answered and said that they couldn't cancel it. That have to be done by Spotify. 

 

So the problem is here anymore. Spotify thinks that I have to cancel at sofort. Sofort thinks I have to cancel at spotify.

 

Done there is the German answer of the sofort support team to prove I'm right
