Problems with facebook/spotify

I am trying to desconect my spotify account from facebook, but I am in trouble. First of all I tried to desconect it in the own service of the spotify in the computer, I saw that I needed to look for preferences-social networks-desconect from facebook, but I hadn't this option on my account so I tried to delete my spotify's profile, everything was doing great but Spotify dindnt send me the email of verification that allow me to shut my account (I tried it many times) What do I do?

If an account is linked to a facebook then that account is linked permanently I'm afraid. I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify Care to have a chat about it, they may be able to help you out. I'm not sure if your account is still open from what you've said so use this anonymous contact form, that'll not need any user ID to get through it.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
