I have a premium account however when I play my music offline (without wifi or internet) I reveive a message that I can't play it offline!
What is wrong? Do I have to check my settings?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing offline play. 😞
Just checking, but have you already downloaded the music you are trying to play to your device? You won't be able to listen offline unless you downloaded it first via wifi or a cellular network.
