Random music keeps playing

Every now and then my music cuts off when someone begins using my acount else where. It is always on Spotify Web player, and the person always plays randomly generated playlist. This si really annoying. And then after that I keep following these randomly generated playlists. The names of the playlists are weird, and the names of the people who created the playlists are also randomly generated (ex: barret8564jack). 

I have changed my password 3 times. My password is also random, so there's no way someone accessed my acount 3 times. None of my friends have the access to my account, plus the music that keeps playing isn't the kind of music anyone I know would listen to. I honestly don't know what to do.
