Hello,

I have a big problem, i can't log in in any way on spotify. I try with facebook log in and say to try later or with email adress. I go to mail log in and i can't log in because say im offline or somthing like that, i dont know what to do...

When i try to log in told me im offline and to go online.....I remember in app i change to offline mode, and now i can't log in in any way. wth and i want to cancel my premium account how i manager to do that? Maybe you can make this thibg in app because is somthing the customer can controled, like this you take money for premium account when i dont want to have premium account.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

If you're not able to log in because of the offline mode, I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just find your device and follow the steps provided in this article.
