Hi I signed up with a free trial and let them know i was student. My subscription ended yesterday and they charged my card $9.99. I thought the student discount was $5.00 how can I get a refund?

Hi @user-removed. When you signed up for the student discount did you receive a confirmation email by chance? If not, then the process likely didn't complete for one reason or another. You can resolve this through Student Discount page just by trying to enroll again.

If, for whatever reason, the process fails (again), or states that you do not qualify, you can attempt again with manual verification from this page. 90% of the time the automatic verification process works without a hitch, but sometimes a more human touch is required.

 

You can also confirm that the discount has taken hold by checking our your subscriptions page and making sure that it says you'll be charged the right amount for the next billing period.
