For some reason, when I log on, it takes me to this account instead (I only have one account). My username is messed up, badges are gone, and everything! The only thing that is the same is my email (when I check 'account details'). Please help! My other account's name is "Preticle". I also tried changing this account's name to "Preticle" but it first said that I can't change it to the same username. A few seconds after, it said to choose a different username. This really sucks and I think that there have been many other accounts that have been hijacked as well.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like you may have logged in to a second Community account by mistake.

 

Keep in mind that the Spotify Community uses Single Sign-On. No worries, this means that you'll need to log out of the Community with your current account and back in using the correct Spotify credentials associated with your other Community account. 

 

If you're having troubles locating your second Spotify account, we'd recommend following the steps here.
