Spotify in Italy

I have just moved to Italy with work.

In the UK I was able to listen to my playlists offline, since moving to Italy my playlists appear to be buffering all the time, surely this should not be happening if they are available offline!!!

I am using the same laptop i.e my google chromebook that I used in the UK with no problems.

I also have a Spotify premium account.

Can any help?

The web player (which I am assuming you are using on a Chromebook) doesn't support offline playlists. Are you using some sort of linux on it instead?
