[iOS] Offline album art not showing

Okay Spotify I am ready to leave the Premium. My trouble is I can not find where to unsubscribe. When I first went the Premium route I was happy I was able to listen off line to my music. The next time I wanted to enjoy my music again I keep getting a message "Songs, or Album not available Offline" with instructions to go to Internet and Download the music you want to hear OFFline. I did as instructed, but still NO MUSIC offline. So NOW I want you to CANCEL my subscription PLEASE.
