Received request for premium family, but my account says free. I need this fixed.

Received request for premium family, but my account says free. I need this fixed.

I recieved my invite for premium but my account says free. Supposedly Spotify doesn't have customer support

Hey @Preston901!

 

Do you have two accounts? Try logging in via Facebook and see if it helps.

 

Do you also live at the same adress? Spotify Family can only be used if you live at the same adress.
