Recover account which is linked to Facebook

Hey, 

I can't log in to my old account which is linked to my facebook account. 

Since i loged in to a new spotify account with my Facebook account i can't log in to my old spotify account again.

Although I discconnected  the new account from facebbok. 
I do not have a spoitfy password for my old account so I have no way to log in to it again. 

Is there ant way i can have my old account back?

Hi. If you get in touch with spotify using the online contact form they'll help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

Hope it works this time, they do not reply to any of my contact form for a long time.

Does your account profile show the correct email address?

It does, on my new account.

I can't logged it to my old one, when i, trying to this is what i get -

You should get a reply within 24 hours although it may be a little longer over the holidays. Keep an eye on your spam folder, just in case.

Did that account have a Spotify username? If so entering that on the reset page normally works.
