Hello, I have just entered a redeem code I have purchased via a physical gift card. I entered the code and chose 1 month Premium. It sent me to a page and said I had upgraded and had Premium for 1 month. However, I went to my Spotify libray and it appears as though I'm still on the free version. (It still shows the banner saying I've used up my 10 hours of free music.) I went to my account details and it now says I'm still using the free version.
Help would be very much appreciated.
