Refund for subscription charge

I have very recently been discharged from hospital and have returned to accessing my accounts to see that I have been charged for a month of subscription. I had meant to cancel this before my free trial ended as I have absolutely no disposable income at the moment but I have only just gained access to my laptop having been unwell in hospital. Please can I get this refunded?
