On the 28th I think I got a new phone and Mistakenly sat up a new account until davemc0924 then I figured out how to get into my old account davemc5875 I was charged 14.99 for the new account then yesterday I was charged 9.99 for my older regular account please refund my 14.99 and delete my new account thank you

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
