Hi
Today I sign up for a Spotify family and my family members were not able to access my new plan so I cancelled my current plan and made the same plan on another account, the money had not been taken out of my account yet and I hope it won't be, I would like some information about how I can request the money to be refunded just in case Spotify thinks it's ok to take £14.99 from me, that will upset me a lot, I don't think this would be correct.
