Hi,
I'm a premium user that registered via Facebook.
Now I quit FB but I suddenly become unable to log to my spotify account.
How can I use it without restoring my FB account?

You can't. You must cancel this account as soon as possible, as Spotify will continue to charge you for a Premium subscription even though you are unable to access it.
