I have blocked someone on Facebook, but he still shows up on Spotify and is following my starred playlist even though it's not public and he can send me songs and communicate with me via the inbox. I do not want this and have tried deleted all the starred tracks and the program and re-downloading and installing. He is still there. What do I do? He is stalking me and have already changed my phone number. This is a serious issue that I need to resolve.
I am wondering if a work around is to create another FB profile to use just for Spotify.
Hi, and welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove a Spotify follower, even if you have blocked them from Facebook.
Liam has submitted an idea to be able to block and/or remove followers here. Feel free to add Kudos and comment to show your support!
Anthony 🙂
Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to block or remove a follower in Spotify. It has been suggested as an urgent need over on the ideas exchange here and the team have announced that this functionality will be added in a future version.

Hi Clairo - The guys are correct, there isn't currently a way to remove a 'Follower'.
However you do you have a couple options as far as making a new account goes. I'll send you a Private Message now. Thanks!
I also have someone blocked on Facebook who still shows up as one of my followers. I even deleted the playlists he was following, and he is still there. I would really like to be able to disconnect from this person. Can I create a new spotify account that can still connect to my FB (since he is blocked there) and my Spotify premium?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
Yes you can, however you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form as they will need to confirm a few details before they can make any changes to your account.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
