Premium enabled in Account Overview but not in App (iOS) or on PC (Windows 10)

Charged but not qualified

I didn't read everything when it came to Spotify student. I thought it was for all students. I was charged $5.29 just for writing my card number down. I don't qualify but I was still charged. How can I get my money back?

Don't know when subscription ends!

I have the student discount for 4.99 a month. But I'm not sure how long I have that till! I went on my account and it doesn't say when it ends. All it tells me is the next time (next month) it will charge me the 4.99 to renew. Help please!
