How can I fix or contact Spotify? I upgraded to the student discount and l received my receipt for my subscription. I then look at my bank statement and saw they had charged me 2 more times for the same subscription! How can I fix this and get my money back?

Hi. For all payment issue, you should contact spotify with this link: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

 

1. Go to a "Still Need Help" Button
2. Fill the contact form with your problem description
3. You'll get an automatic email.
4. Reply that email with the same problem description.
5. Customer support will answer within 24hrs.
