Removing the Facebook login and changing it for a standard username and password

Can someone please tell me how I go about changing my spotify account that I have to connect with facebook and change it to a normal username and password.

I dont have a spotify username just the email that is linked to my facebook. How do I get a username?

I can't login to Spotify. I receive an error message saying "it looks like you are trying to login with Face Book". What do I do?
