Renewal offer failure

Hello,

 

When I tried to redeem the free month / £9.99 offer the link would always tell me that I had the wrong password once I was signed in or would tell me that the form had expired.  My subscription has now expired and apparently only the £12.99 renewal is available.

 

Any ideas, please?

Let me start by thanking you for your post and for joining the Spotify community 🙂

 

The first thing to check is that you haven't previously had a Premium subscription - if you have done, it's not possible to get the 30 day trial a second time. No fear, you can still subscribe to Premium at £9.99 per month! Just head over to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription and add the subscription details.

 

Hope that guides you along the way. 🙂

No worries at all 🙂

Seems an odd one, have you tried running things via a different web browser or via a different network?

Another thing to try would be to clear the internet browsing history and try things again. Let us know how it goes.

All sorted - it was a problem with my payment details, my card had expired.  Thanks for all your help, Jason!

Thanks, Jason!  The £9.99 option is there now! 

 

Unfortunately, it's still saying that I have inserted the wrong password, even though I am already logged in!  Any technical ideas?

Still no joy on either - I've cleared my browsing history and tried it through Internet Explorer on a desktop computer ("wrong password"), Safari on my iPhone ("form has expired") and through the Spotify app (only £12.99 option available).

 

Maybe it is a problem with my account?
