Hi there,

I am currently on Fido Pulse Plan and I am unable to activate my premium subscription. When I called Fido about the issue they said it is because my account has already been linked to the number and can't be linked a second time. ( The history of this case: I was a Fido pulse plan member in 2015, transferred to rogers in april , then back to fido pulse plan recently.) so thats why they said My number cant be used to activate the same account again.

if i could get some help it would be greatly appreciated

Just to make sure, are you trying to add Spotify Premium as an add-on to your monthly plan for $9 a month or are you trying to get the 6 months for free on Fido Pulse plans?
