Reset Password without access to Email

I wonder if someone can help! I've bought a new phone and can't remember the password for my account. The email address is one I no longer have access to, so I can't reset the password thought conventional means. Could someone advise me on what to do next?

If you used your Facebook account to login to Spotify then use your login from FB on Spotify.

If you didn't use FB on your account, then you would need access to your email. In this case you do not have access. I think you might need to just start over with a new account with an email that you have access to. I had to do the same thing though. 😕

I could be completely wrong though. The experts will let you know.

Thanks Ace for that - I really appreciate it!

I'd be a bit disappointed if I had to do that because I've a premium subscription on the account so I'd have the difficulty of cancelling.

We'll see why they say, but thank you again!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you.

Make sure to enter the information for the account that you cannot access, and also include an email address that you would like Spotify to contact you at using the proper fields

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
