Reset password email never arrived

 

Hi,


I'm using the free Spotify and when I reinstalled the application on our Mac, I was then unable to log-in.  When I tried to reset the password, an email never arrived and was not in our spam or junk mailbox.  I emailed help and was assigned this case number and reference number 

Spotify Support Case # 13195274: Logging In - Resetting my password ref:_00DD0pxIW._500572172UW:ref

but they said to check out the community for an answer.    We created this log-in so we could access the community.  Our original email was an earthlink account.   Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Click again on reset password. Maybe now the mail will come. 

Thanks for your reply. When I try to reset the password it now gives me the following error: The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.
