Resubscribed to premium with different email address - cannot access acco

Hi - our premium subscription lapsed due to our family using a new credit card. My wife’s email address and password controlled the account. When I paid to restart premium I used my email address. It is not allowing me to log into the app w my email as it states there is already another account associated. I really do not want to delete the app and lose playlists. Do you have any advice?

Thanks for the post.

 

Sounds like your original account has been created via Facebook or with a similar email address, as the one you're entering, maybe a wrong domain like (user@gmail.com instead of user@yahoo.com).

 

I'd suggest you go through this article in order to find your original account. If you have the original account (where you have your playlists) logged in on another device, you can check if you can log in the account page and see which email address is associated with the account.
