SPOTIFY Globe Subscription

Hi,

  I have cancelled my subscription from globe since I want to purchase the premium service directly from spotify. But every time I try to purchase the premium service through your website I'm getting this message that I have to call Globe telecom. How do I fix this?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

I have subscribe GoSurf 299 with Spotify Premium. I tried activating it via spotify.globe.com.ph/go. But after the page where you enter userID and password, where you click allow globe to connect to spotify account, the page goes blank. So I thought that's ok.

I tried to see if I have premium account. But still it says free, so I tried logging out, logging in and then deleted app/reinstalled app. Everything still is not working.

So I guess, the website is not connecting my globe subscription with Spotify.

Please help.

query here.. i have a globe 1gb spotify monthly subscription and i mistakenly subscribed again for premium spotify. if i cancelled my subscription, would my globe subscription be cancelled too? thanks
