My family is trying to talk to someone of spotify since weeks. Because of a case of death I need to delete an account and stop getting bills from spotify. There is no phonenumber and the contactformular is a joke since no one ever answers.

My brother took care of this issue first. He said the account was deleted but we are still getting bills. So I don't know if he ever had contact to the support. He is out of country right now. All I can say is that I have never had contact to the support and I don't know how to contact them. Whenever I am trying I am getting a mail which says to ask the community. I called the company that sends the bills but they could not help me either. What can I do now?

Just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will reply as soon as possible.
